Terms Of Use

Renters Rental Requirements: Renters must be twenty one ( 21) years or older Must have a valid drivers license and a major credit card or debit card in their name. Having own personal Insurance is acceptable. Must be very responsible and trustworthy.  Individuals with learners’ or instructional permits are not eligible to rent. 

Cancellation Policy 

To cancel your car/ jeep reservation requires forty eight  hours notice prior to the rental due date. All reservations canceled forty eight (48) hours before the rental due date will be returned in full.

All prepaid reservations canceled forty seven (47) to twenty four (24) hours prior to the rental date, will be returned minus twenty percent (20%)for cancellation penalties.

 If you do not cancel the reservation prior to the time of pick-up and the rental vehicle is not picked up on the rental date, no portion of the prepaid amount will be refunded If the vehicle is returned before the rental agreement end date there will be no refund. Please allow up to three (5) to five (7) business days for all returns to process through your bank.

Our vehicle is  thoroughly cleaned between every rental, this includes washing, vacuuming, general wipe down, and sanitizing with a disinfectant with particular attention to all high-touch surfaces, that meets health authority requirements.

 Maximum of 2 drivers permitted,  any additional driver must be present at the time of rental and have a valid driver’s license ID, up fee will be charged at $10 per day. 

Fuel & Mileage 

Free unlimited mileage on all car/ jeep rentals. 

 Fuel Terms 

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.

 Option 1- Prepay Fuel

This option allows the renter to pay $60 for the tank of gas at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused gas. 

Option 2 – We Refill

This option allows the renter to pay us at the end of the rental, for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices.*  gas level will determine fee amount*

 Option 3- You Refill

This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with the exact amount of gas as received to avoid extra fuel charges at the time at check out.

 Renters are responsible for any Roadside Assistance, key replacement, flat tire, at their own Expense. 

Pet Policy 

A pet friendly fee of $ 50.00 will be applied to the rental amount total for renters that will be traveling with their pets. Please make sure to specify this at the time of reservation booking.
